Worried, uneasy and fearful? This book will give you some ways to cope and feel better. The difference between just surviving and actually thriving during a time of crisis is what is going through your mind. The author gives lots of ways to make your mind hopeful. Renew your faith in God, examine the promises He has made, and claim them for your own. Do not give in to negative thinking and worrying. Put your trust in God.
Remember to take care of yourself physically, getting good sleep and eating correctly. You do not want your health to suffer during hard times. Music can also bring you into a calm place. Hum songs, play praise music, let your spirit soar with these things, and you will find yourself with a more positive outlook.

Currently, our family is weathering a crisis of epic proportion. Earlier this year, our family suffered two devastating hits, one of which was a financial one that drained us. While reeling from those things, my husband lost his job of many years, with no severance package. We are on expensive medication we don’t know how we will continue. Despite everything going on, I can honestly say this 5-star book has given me hope, and believe it will help anyone crushed by the burdens of life.
